Step 1: Review the Foundations

Take some time to study The Results Equation™ and The Results Pyramid® frameworks, both of which lay the foundation for your culture initiatives. You can practice writing down your Results Equation using our template. Then utilize The Results Pyramid® – Culture Change Activity to identify what actions it will take to get to your desired culture (C2), which beliefs will motivate those actions, and which experiences need to occur to evoke those desired beliefs.
