Culture Champion Certification Workshop

This two-day workshop is designed to help Culture Champions develop a deeper understanding of foundational concepts, models, and tools to help shift the organizational culture. By tapping into motivation and uncovering the “why” behind the workshop methodology, the Culture Champion Certification prepares Culture Champions to cascade the culture initiatives throughout the entire organization, empowering everyone to take personal ownership for its success.

Prerequisite: Completion of a Culture Alignment workshop as a participant.

Overview

Join us for a dynamic two-day Culture Champion workshop where you will deepen your understanding and sharpen your skills to drive meaningful culture change. Day One is dedicated to building a solid foundation: you’ll explore key concepts, tools, and models that are essential for effective cultural transformation. On Day Two, you will actively apply what you’ve learned by practicing facilitation techniques, engaging in real-world scenarios, and receiving valuable feedback to enhance your impact.

Before the Workshop 

Culture Partners will help Culture Champions prepare to rollout the Culture Alignment workshop to your organization and prepare to align around desired cultural shifts.

Culture Champion Certification Workshop Preparation 

Typically, this workshop is scheduled within 30 days of the Culture Alignment Workshop.  In preparation,  Culture Partners will work with the Culture Lead and Culture Champions to:

  • Identify facilitation delivery teams 
  • Communicate logistical expectations so that all participants can fully participate in the learning experience 
  • Review the culture alignment rollout plan

During the Workshop 

The workshop focuses on the following key areas: 

Day 1: Content Mastery

The Culture Equation – deconstruct your Culture Equation and build on your understanding of the purpose of each component.

Results Pyramid/C1 to C2 Shifts – analyze the layers of the Results Pyramid. Develop a deeper understanding of belief bias. Explain the relationship between the C1 to C2 Shifts exercise and the development of Cultural Beliefs.    

Steps to Accountability – delve deeper into the role that accountability plays in culture. Learn how to explain, apply, and coach others to use the Steps to Accountability model as a tool for moving Above The Line.  

Focused Tools – analyze the tool language and purpose. In small groups, practice coaching each other to use the Focused Tools. Develop stories that can be applied to your own organizational rollout. 

Weekly Integration Plan – Review the integration components. Discuss opportunities to integrate Focused Tools into your rollout experience.  

Day 2: Facilitation

Facilitation Best Practices – Discuss facilitation best practices. Learn tips and tricks to prepare for your own organizational rollout. 

Facilitation Practice and Feedback – Practice facilitating key Culture Alignment Workshop topics in small groups. Exchange peer-to-peer feedback to strengthen your skills and increase confidence and readiness for your organizational rollout. 

After the Workshop 

Following the workshop, you’ll meet with your Culture Partners team to assess the following:
  1. Readiness to facilitate the Culture Alignment Workshop experience 
  2. Additional coaching and/or co-facilitating opportunities, as applicable
  3. Anticipated challenges
  4. Additional opportunities for review and practice
