Overview
Leaders reserve the first 10 minutes of existing team meetings to walk through the Results Huddle Kit card’s activity that will review a previously covered Culture Partners’ tool or model. There are 24 different Results Huddle cards covering topics such as the Steps to Accountability®, the Results Pyramid®, working with your Cultural Beliefs®, and others. They begin with a review of take aways from the last Results Huddle, then a discussion based around a Culture Partners concept, and then an activity for your team to apply what they have learned about that concept.
