Results Map

Your Results Map is a fully customized immersive learning solution and communication tool that empowers teams to discover and embrace their Results Equation through powerful, experiential learning activities and contextually rich visuals.

How it Works

Think of the Results Map as a journey of self-discovery. With the map and self-guided activities, users can independently deepen their understanding of their roles within The Results Journey™ and those of their team members. Take note: the Results Map requires very little facilitation. Facilitators are there simply to provide a brief introduction and guide debrief discussions at specific points in the activity.

The Results Map is versatile and can be seamlessly integrated throughout your Results Journey to introduce new concepts, foster rich discussions, explore real-world scenarios, and connect daily actions to your overarching purpose.

As a visual metaphor for your Results Journey, the Results Map uses activities to guide participants through hands-on exercises that encourage self-discovery, collaboration, reflection, and cohesion.

Creating Your Results Map

Development of your Results Map starts immediately after The Results Equation™ workshop, leveraging your Results Playbook for key information. The entire Results Map development process spans six to ten weeks with multiple touchpoints. The Results Map team typically includes your Culture Lead and other subject matter experts (your “Review Team”), your Culture Partners Senior Partner, a Results Map specialist/instructional designer, and a graphic artist. Below you’ll find the Results Map key development milestones.
