The Culture Leadership Team

Your Culture Leadership Team plays a pivotal role in driving and sustaining the organization’s cultural transformation. Comprised of Senior Leadership, the Culture Lead, Culture Committee, and Culture Champions, this team is responsible for ensuring alignment with the organization’s core values, and guiding the overall cultural journey. 

Senior Leadership Team

Senior leaders play a critical role in culture change by setting the tone, vision, and direction for the entire organization. Their commitment and actions are key to modeling the desired behaviors and values that shape the culture. Senior leaders are responsible for:

  • Communicating the importance of cultural initiatives,
  • Ensuring alignment across all levels, and
  • Holding themselves and others accountable for living the organization’s values.

By actively participating in and championing culture change efforts, they inspire and motivate the entire organization to embrace and sustain the transformation, making it a central part of the company’s identity and success.

Culture Lead

As a dedicated advocate for cultural initiatives, the Culture Lead oversees the Culture Committee in developing strategies, coordinating programs, and ensuring that cultural values are consistently reflected in daily operations. They act as a bridge between leadership and employees, facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and fostering engagement across all levels of the organization. By guiding the implementation of cultural changes and providing ongoing support, the Culture Lead ensures that the organization’s culture remains strong, vibrant, and aligned with its long-term goals.

Culture Committee

The Culture Committee is a dynamic cross-departmental group of individuals dedicated to shaping and enhancing the organization’s culture. Members of the Culture Committee are responsible for the implementation of your Culture Journey efforts, developing programs that support the Culture Plan, communicating culture activities and progress,  and ensuring that cultural initiatives are integrated into daily operations and that there is widespread buy-in and participation. Through their work, the Culture Committee ensures that the organization’s values are consistently reflected in day-to-day interactions and long-term goals.

Culture Champions

​Culture Champions play a crucial role in driving cultural change by modeling the organization’s values, coaching their peers, and facilitating the Culture Alignment workshop experience. As role models, they embody the desired behaviors, setting an example for others to follow. In their coaching role, they guide and support colleagues in understanding and adopting the cultural values. As facilitators, they lead discussions, workshops, and activities that promote cultural alignment across the organization. Through their efforts, Culture Champions ensure that cultural change is both impactful and deeply embedded at all levels of the organization.
