What to Expect as a Culture Lead
As a Culture Lead, you play a pivotal role by not only leading the Culture Committee and Culture Champions in shaping and driving meaningful organizational change but also serving as the internal leader and spokesperson for cultural change. You’ll do that by partnering with your leadership team, overseeing the Culture Committee, demonstrating what your desired culture looks like and leading culture communication initiatives.

- Meet with your CEO and/or your Culture Executive Sponsor and with Culture Partners to make decisions quickly and lead the communication and implementation of those decisions

Select Your Culture Committee
After meeting with your Leadership Team and accepting your role as Culture Lead, you’ll work together to start selecting your Culture Committee. You’ll help lead the Culture Committee Kick-Off Meeting to get everyone aligned on roles and expectations as well as next steps.
31-60 Days
Select Your Culture Champions
Partner with your Culture Committee to identify, select, and support your Culture Champion team. Culture Champions create experiences to get everyone aligned around your new culture by modeling, coaching, and facilitating. Leverage the Culture Champion Checklist to help guide your selection process.
The Results Equation Workshop
The Culture Lead and Culture Committee attend the Results Equation workshop along with your Senior Leadership Team to help define your Results Equation, identify necessary cultural shifts, and start applying Culture Management Tools.

Help define the essential elements that make up your organization’s unique culture.

Culture Committee Meetings
Culture Committee meetings are the cornerstone of your efforts to shape and sustain your organization’s culture. These meetings are designed to foster collaboration, strategic planning, and continuous improvement in cultural initiatives. As the Culture Lead, you will partner with your Culture Partners team to help lead this meetings.
Confirm Your 90-Day Rollout Plan
The 90-Day Culture Rollout Plan is a structured approach to implementing and embedding cultural initiatives across the organization.T his plan is designed to create momentum, foster engagement, and ensure that the cultural vision is understood and embraced by all employees.
Get Familiar With Your Results Playbook
The Results Playbook captures the Cultural Beliefs and key learnings from the Results Equation workshop. It also includes some of the models that you will be using throughout your journey. The Culture Committee will use this guide to help onboard new employees and as a culture reinforcement tool to drive transformation.
Confirm Culture Committee Branding
Branding culture initiatives creates visibility, builds credibility, and fosters a sense of belonging among employees. A strong brand identity for culture initiatives ensures that they are easily recognized, clearly communicated, and taken seriously across the organization. It also unifies efforts, maintains momentum, and embeds cultural values deeply within your company, making the initiatives more impactful and sustainable over time.
91-120 Days
The Culture Alignment Workshop
The Culture Lead supports the Culture Committee in leading the organizational rollout of the Culture Alignment workshop experience, supports Culture Champions in facilitating the event, and helps to gather feedback to make necessary changes and improvements.
Culture Alignment Rollout
The Culture Alignment Rollout marks the official kickoff of your cultural transformation efforts. In this phase, you’ll work with your Culture Committee to roll out the initiatives and strategies that have been carefully crafted and aligned with your organizational goals.
Support Culture Champion Facilitators
Supporting Culture Champion facilitators is essential to ensuring the success of cultural initiatives across the organization. By providing them with the necessary resources and guidance, you empower them to adapt to challenges, share best practices, and sustain momentum, ensuring that the cultural transformation efforts are both impactful and long-lasting.
